What are the best pair of gloves to wear during the hoisting event? -

The Pro-Tech 8's rock - best we've tried so far and our entire team uses them (10 guys). We're even trying to get our department to look at them for our standard issue structural gloves, much more comfortable than the ones we currently use. There's a bit of a break in period but after that they're golden!
